Sales Associate

Orangetheory Fitness is a trendsetting franchise fitness organization with 400+ locations open in the US and Canada and 440+ new fitness studios under development nationally and internationally. We are currently expanding in the Triangle and are seeking a qualified Sales Associatethat is keen on driving sales and service excellence for our professional group fitness training facilities in the Triangle area. The studios that are currently hiring are: North Raleigh, Morrisville, Chapel Hill, West Cary, Holly Springs and Wake Forest. The Senior Sales Associate will oversee the OTF Sales Team and Sales Associate position. He or she will run all "front of house" fitness studio operations, with a strong focus on premium customer service.

Job Duties:

• Maintain an effective referral program
• Maintain accurate records using established OTF sales systems
• Conduct telephone inquiries/customer care calls
• Lead OTF studio previews with prospects and/or fitness programholders
• Responsible for processing accurate cash and credit card transactions
• Follow up and follow through activities with all prospective clients
• Respond immediately to member requests, inquiries and concerns
• Ensure proper onboarding all OTF clients through the use of Client Intake forms and FP Agreements
• Oversee Sales Associate
• Follow up and follow through activities with all prospective clients
• Responsible for attending and participating in all relative OTF training programs

Job Qualifications:

• Previous sales and fitness experience required
• Proven sales skills required
• Solid verbal and written communication skills
• Functional computer skills required
• Must be able to participate in 1-2 OTF scheduled workouts per week
• Excellent customer service skills
