Velocity Airport Concessions, LLC is currently seeking a Chef for one of its Food & Beverage concepts in the world business airport, Hartsfield-Jackson Atlanta International Airport.
The successful candidate will be high energy, able to work effectively in a fast-paced, high volume food production environment, have great culinary, interpersonal, and organizational and management skills.

Position Summary
Ideal candidate has a strong culinary background and is Servesafe Certified. Responsible for food production in a foodservice operation and monitors: HAACP, kitchen safety and sanitation. May be responsible for one area (i.e., crepe building) or could specialize (i.e. food production). May be responsible for food inventory and ordering. May conduct culinary training. Manages the kitchen. Candidate will reports to Operations Director and Executive Chef.
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Basic Education Requirement - Technical, Trade, or Vocational School Degree
- Basic Functional Experience – 3 years work experience in food or culinary services including restaurants, fast food, institutional services, mall food courts, etc. Servesafe Certified.
- Flexible Schedule- open schedule, 1st , 2nd or 3rd shift.
- Velocity will require a background check and may require a drug screen for this position.
