Field Marketing Representative - Full-time

Job Description:

· Serve as the liaison for outreach programs including raffle/silent auction donations, sponsorships, fundraisers, and promotions for multiple stores

· Assist with strategy and execution of door-to-door voucher distribution to businesses as part of Grand Opening outreach efforts for new stores

· Conduct online and phone research to uncover community organizations and influencers, including addresses and contact information

· Work with PizzaRev store Managers to communicate and train staff on relevant marketing messages

· Record monthly inventory of in-store marketing materials, including handbills, menus, etc.

· Perform daily upkeep on social media outreach efforts

· Complete weekly shift reports

· Required to travel among PizzaRev’s restaurant locations and surrounding communities

Minimum Qualifications:

· Proficient writing skills, specifically in email communication

· Proficient in social media practice and strategy across multiple platforms

· Effective communications skills and ability to follow directions

· Ability to speak clearly and comfortably in front of a group

· Energetic, comfortable and eager to engage with both PizzaRev guests and strangers – this includes conversations in-person, via phone and online.

· Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation for consistent travel

· Available to work a minimum of 40 hours per week

· Two to three years of experience working in a corporate environment supporting Marketing teams and/or departments

· Associate's/Bachelor's Degree

· Personally active on social media networks, including Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, Snapchat, with a finger on the pulse of online trends and lingo (you’re always the first one to share the latest video trending online)

· Comfort level in working with and directing PizzaRev employees and guests to secure photos and video for social media purposes, including having guests sign photo waivers

· Background in sales/sales management

· Bilingual Spanish is a plus

· Passion for Marketing, Branding and Social Media platforms

· Innovator
