About this job
We have a full-time opening for a Maintenance Technician for an apartment complex in the South End of Louisville. Job duties may include, plumbing, electrical, some HVAC work, basic dry wall and painting, and apartment maintenance, including grounds.
Must have own tools and certification for HVAC and plumbing.
Must have reliable transportation and good communication.
This is a Mon-Fri 8am-5pm position. Every third weekend will be "on-call"
Wage: $13-15/hr
