About this job
The prep and line cooks are responsible for the preparation of all items on the daily prep list including, cutting, chopping,dicing and cooking according to recipe specifications.Will use many professional pieces of equipment for various cooking and bakign needs. Will assemble catering and banquet orders according to specifications in the time frames laid out.
Jobs may include indoor and outdoor settings. May be working near moving or mechanical parts. May work in extreme hot and cold temperatures. Varying schedule to include evenings, holidays and extended hours as business dictates.
