The restaurant manager supports the general manager with daily operations. In the absence of the general manager, the restaurant manager assumes the general manager’s duties.
- Minimum age of 18 years.
- High school degree or equivalent.
- Valid driver’s license and good driving record.
- Available to work days and hours according to business necessity including weekends, evenings, and holidays.
- Ability to work in standard restaurant conditions.
- Obtained or ability to obtain food safety certification.
- Minimum of one year supervisory or progressive management experience in quick-service or full-service restaurants. Provide leadership and direction for employees on a daily basis.
- Ensures maintenance of adequate workflow processes within the restaurant’s operational structure.
- Excellent oral and verbal communication skills.
- Excellent interpersonal skills that the ability to interact professionally at all levels.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and work on multiple projects simultaneously.
