We have a full-time/part-time opening for a Day Prep Team Member.
Must be able to work various shifts per week.
Requirements
Description & Duties:
Morning prep in a pizza store. Making dough, shredding cheese, chopping vegetables, prep clean up, making pizzas, and serving guests. Very flexible work environment. Hours are typically 9:00am to 4:00pm. WE DO NOT COOK PIZZA so clean up is much easier. Must be 18 or older to use power equipment. Evening hours also available for a person with great customer service. Lots of growth possibility, position could become an assistant manager or manager for right person with the right skills. Must be a team player and want to be involved in a great company!!
Prep
- Clean food preparation areas and kitchen equipment
- Follow or maintain safe food handling and sanitation procedures
- Follow safety procedures
- Inform supervisors when equipment is not working properly
- Inform supervisors when supplies are getting low
- Measure or weigh ingredients
- Prepare and shape dough
- Prepare salads
- Chop Vegetables
