Established service business (10 years) in Nashville is looking for an outstanding customer sales and service specialist who enjoys a fast pace environment and thrives on dealing with customers.  The ideal candidate will have a great personality, enjoys working within a tight-knit team environment and has a strong attention to detail.

Description:

The Customer Service Specialist is responsible for handling inbound sales calls and outgoing calls for follow-up and customer satisfaction management.  From a service perspective, the position is responsible for working with customers to identify and address issues and /or concerns effectively.  This position coordinates with other staff members to ensure delivery of outstanding customer service.

Essential Job Functions:

• Inbound sales calls
• Inbound and Outbound customer service calls
• Data entry
• Customer service issue resolution
• Must be able to sit at a desk and conduct telephone calls and work on the computer

Preferred Work Experience and Education:

• 2+ years call center experience
• 1+ year sales experience
• High School graduate with diploma or equivalent required

Hours:

• Monday through Friday
• Hours 9:00 am - 6:00 pm (Earlier or later on occasion)

Pay:

• $12.50 per hour
