We have a full-time/part-time opening for a Cook.
Must be able to work various shifts per week.

JOB DUTIES INCLUDE
- Doing a detail prep sheet at night to be ready for day prep.
- Cooking using fryers, broiler and a flat top grill.
- Using proper temp gages for food.
- Cleaning up your area at all times keeping area clean.
- Using proper rotation and labeling procedures.
- Knowing proper plating of food.
- At times help the bartender get beer, ice or tap a barrel.
- Reading orders off paper tickets.
- Wear proper Uniform.
- May be days you are a dishwasher as well knowing how to use the dishwasher and to keep the dish area cleaned as well.
- Must come to work prepared and ready to work your shift at time your shift starts. Being reliable and on time are very crucial to us and your fellow teammates.
