Roaming Leasing & Property Management Extraordinaire who is extremely organized, detail oriented who loves a challenging position with great reward.

Duties Include but not Limited to:

• Marketing, Touring and Leasing Multiple Assets / MUST BE ABLE TO MULTI -TASK
• Negotiating Lease Terms
• Managing Lease Expirations
• A/R Collections
• Tenant & Vendor Relations
• Gross Lease Conversions & Topline Growth
• Managing and Overseeing Property Operations, Maintenance, Staff and Facilities, Construction Projects
• Budgeting and Monthly Reporting
• ALL DATA ENTRY & DAY TO DAY OPERATIONS

Required Skills and Experience:

• MUST BE PROFICIENT IN REALPAGE/ ONESITE SOFTWARE
• MUST HAVE AT LEAST 5 YEARS EXPERIENCE IN THE PROPERTY MANAGEMENT INDUSTRY
• MUST OWN TRANSPORTATION
• MUST BE WILLING TO TRAVEL
• MUST DISPLAY Strong attention to detail, organizational, time- management and problem solving skills
• STRONG MARKETING & SALES SKILLS
• RESULTS DRIVEN TEAM PLAYER WITH POSITIVE ATTITUDE
• ABILITY TO ORGANIZE, MANAGE, & TRACK MUTIPLE PROJECTS SIMULTANEOUSLY
• DISPLAY EXCELLENT COMPUTER SKILLS
