I'm looking for an Internet/BDC Rep!
Essential duties and responsibilities include:
- Responding to incoming inquiries
- Setting appointments
- Making inbound and outbound calls- Updating customer information
- Following up on customer visits to ensure customer satisfaction
- Completing daily follow up tasks
- Creating excitement for the customer
- Take photos of vehicles
- Text, Call, Email
The ideal candidate for this position has exceptional interpersonal skills, excellent communication skills (Good verbal skills and a clear speaking voice).
-Must be comfortable with computers and confident speaking on the phone.
-Must have the drive and desire to meet goals and expectations.
-Must be self motivated
-Must be able to work in a sales environment
FULL TIME - 40-45 hours/week
