We are seeking an individual with good customer service and technical skills as well as the ability to work in a team environment.Property Management is a fast-paced, highly regulated, customer service focused environment.Ability to multi-task and make sound decisions quickly is important.Logical thought, good business sense and strong interpersonal skills are important.Must be able to work independently.

The Property Manager position also requires knowledge of HUD subsidy programs.A proven track record of effectively managing maintenance staff, collections, waiting list management, expense control and strong resident relation skills necessary. 

The Property Manager duties include, but not limited to:

  1. Monitor the community budget on a daily basis in accordance with established goals;
  2. Insures that all applicable deposits, rents, and other fees and ancillary revenue are collected and deposited;
  3. Process bills/invoices with correct coding accordingly and submit to accounts receivables department;
  4. Inspects the community regularly to determine the quality of the asset and to identify needs;
  5. Inspects maintenance repairs and available units for readiness;
  6. Immediately upon move-out, inspect the unit and determine repairs and ensure the unit is "made-ready"'
  7. Knowledge of the Management & Occupancy Review by the Contract Administrator (MOR);
  8. Knowledge of REAC Inspections;
  9. Knowledge of Electronic Income Verification (EIV);
  10. Accurate and timely processing of paperwork in accordance with the HUD Handbook;
  11. Insuring that the resident file system is kept accordingly;
  12.
