Marble Slab Creamery – maker of the world’s freshest ice cream – has an immediate opening for a Store Manager to become part of our team. We are looking for an energetic, upbeat, customer focused manager capable of performing all tasks related to our daily operations including:
- Outstanding customer service at all times.
- Tracking, ordering and receiving inventory.
- Managing labor schedules.
- Developing partnerships with local business partners through local store marketing efforts.
- Opening and closing the store.
- Making and serving ice cream, cones, cakes, shakes and any other relevant products.
- Ensuring other employees are meeting our everyday high standards for cleanliness, efficiency and customer service at all times.
Requirements and Qualifications:
- High School diploma or GED – preference will be given to those in college or with college degrees or with significant business experience
- Work experience, preferably with a restaurant or other retail store
- Extremely responsible and trustworthy – highest ethical standards
- Interested in learning how to run a restaurant
- Must be willing to work nights and weekends
- Expected to work between 40 – 50 hours per week
- Strong desire to positively interact with customers, employees and business partners.
