Dishwasher / Food Prep

This position is responsible for cleaning all dishes in the restaurant as well as other cleaning duties which may include sweeping, mopping, and cleaning equipment.  This position also prepares food when needed for the business day which may include cutting, portioning, and packaging.  Experience in this position is not necessary.

Dishwashers and Food Preps work extensively with mechanized cutting, slicing and mixing equipment and hot cooking appliance such as ovens, ranges and steamers.  This position may work in hot, close quarters for extended periods, with occasional entrance to refrigerated storage areas. This position requires employees to lift up to 30 pounds with frequent bending, stooping and twisting.    He/She works the entire shift on their feet so the ability to stand 100% during the entire shift is required.

Requirements:

6. Able to work Friday, Saturday and Sunday
7. Able to work on the shift times we run our business
   (AM Shifts start between 4am – 6am) (PM Shifts start between 12pm – 2pm)
8. Possess two forms of active and valid government issued identification
9. You must be able to pass a FBI fingerprint check to obtain a security badge
