Assistant Manager
Interested candidates should have:
-Leadership presence and involvement in Shift Management

- Deliver the highest quality of food in a fast paced environment
- Consistent execution of all systems, standards and processes
- Assist with the P&L responsibility and accountability
- Assist with the Place Food, Produce, Beverage and Store Supply orders
- Not afraid of technology & an ability to use Basic PC tools like MS Excel, Word & the Internet
- Ability to Open, Close or work weekends – To work the shifts that need fixing
Requirements:
- Exceptionally service-oriented
- A cultural match (passionate, caring, people-focused/ top-line driven while at the same time demonstrates fiscal responsibility)
- Proven developer of people - A Trainer
- 2-3 years preferably in Quick Service or similar volume
- Professional Image & Demeanor

- Flexibility to travel for training when required
