Sonrisas Therapies is a Pediatric Home Healthcare Agency in Austin Texas.We specialize in treating children from birth to 21 years of age in their home setting where the child feels safe, secure and familiar in their natural environment. This encourages the child to build upon his/her strengths as the therapist provides therapy techniques to achieve attainable goals.

Job Duties:

  • Welcome and greet all guests using clear and professional language. 
  • Answer and direct incoming calls utilizing appropriate phone etiquette. 
  • Maintain a high-level of client service and anticipate client needs. 
  • Ensure entire office is orderly and ready for meetings, therapists and guests at all times 
  • Assist with administrative needs including scheduling, making phone calls, and projects as assigned.
  • Manage incoming & outgoing office mail.
  • Manage the reservation and distribution of therapy testing materials and resources.
  • Coordinate the ordering and stocking of office and kitchen supplies. 
  • Monitor inventory of office and printer supplies and proactively request orders. 
  • Assist with event planning, meetings and work-lunch orders.
  • Support team to reach common goals. 
  • Assist agency clients (including therapists and patients/families) with inquiries as needed.
  • Work efficiently in web-based clinical/office software system to maintain current patient records.
  • Participate in regular office and company meetings with the goal of improving processes and procedures.
  • Complete additional tasks as required by management.

Education and Requirements:

  • Demonstrates a desire to set and meet objectives and to find increasingly efficient ways to perform tasks. Completes work, care and documentation with accuracy and within agency time frames.
  • Requires minimal supervision and is self-directed.
  • High school or equivalent
  • Fluent in Spanish

Required Experience:

  • 1 year relevant experience a plus but not required

Additional Skills:

  • Excellent communication skills 

Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
