A Food Service Leader at Quik Shoppe first and foremost must have excellent customer service skills; be organized; & be a team player. Responsibilities include: getting breakfast and lunch ready and into our presentation food case daily; keeping track of inventory; ordering inventory & supplies; minimizing waste; giving direction & guidance to other food service staff; keeping kitchen clean & sanitary; improving & maintaining health grade; increase our sales; training of new food service employees.

About Quik Shoppe

Quik Shoppe is locally owned and operated by the Spivey Family here in Charlotte. We have 7 locations of food service establishments within a chain of convenience stores (5 in Charlotte and 2 in Lincolnton). We have been serving up some of Charlotte's best breakfast sandwiches, fried chicken and home cooked meals since 1982. We have a strong and loyal customer base that grows daily. Many of our customers drive 10-20 miles out of their way to purchase our food. Each and everyday we have new customers who come to us and said they "had to come try our food" due to a co-worker, friend or relative passed the word along to them. We at Quik Shoppe have long viewed our unique situation different than most other C-Stores: We consider ourselves "a restaurant that happens to sell gas rather than a gas station that happens to sell food.
