Requirements
Responsibilities to include:
- Stand and walk about the hotel for long periods of time.
- Load, lift, carry and unload items weighing a minimum of 50 lbs. Over their heads.
- Reaching above head to put items in place.
- Possess and maintain a basic understanding of pool cleaning, landscaping, electrical, plumbing, carpet cleaning, and painting.
- Maintain a valid Tennessee State Issued CDL License with Passenger Endorsement.
- Ability to legally and safely operate a 25 seat or smaller bus on city, state and county roads.
- Ability to insure passenger safety and proper conduct while maintaining 100% guest satisfaction during bus operations.
- Work in an environment where tobacco smoke is present.
- Have a good understanding and practice of Cracker Barrel 100% Guest Satisfaction policy and procedure when dealing with guests.
- Make decisions and solve problems in the interest of 100% Guest Satisfaction.
- Read, understand and comprehend the English language.
- Able to have a two-way communication in English with all guests and fellow employees in a pleasant manner.
- Be able to work scheduled shifts that meet Cracker Barrel/Best Western business demands/volume including weekends and Holidays.
- Work at a pace consistent with changing business volume and demands.
- Work independently with the appropriate amount of supervision.
- Must be properly groomed and maintain proper personal hygiene standards.
- Ability to answer and converse on the telephone.
- Able to work at multiple functions at the same time.
