State-of-the-Art Self Storage Facility is seeking dynamic individual for Assistant/Maintenance Manager position. Cubby Hole USA is looking for an assertive individual with a sales or rental background. Must be Customer Service oriented and have excellent computer and phone skills. Job requirements include a variety of tasks from renting storage units to renting and receiving U-Haul equipment to taking payments to daily maintenance tasks, including routine lawn care. Must be able to lift at least 50 pounds. Valid Driver's License Required . Great opportunity! Cubby Hole USA is open 9-6 Mon-Sat. Schedule will vary with facility needs and is usually 5 days a week and approximately 35-40 hours. $10.00 - $11.00 per hour depending on experience and qualifications .
