JOB SUMMARY:

Enthusiastically and passionately work in all aspects of the Front Counter area, including Team participation, guest experience, equipment and the physical space itself.  The employee must accomplish the responsibilities and requirements of this position by working alongside the Front Counter Service Team and underneath the leadership of Front of House Director.

JOB EXPECTATIONS:

  • Own the guest experience as it relates to your area of responsibility, including but not limited to the Service Model
  • Ensure that you understand and demonstrate all components of the Create Raving Fans model and 2nd Mile Service Behaviors.
  • Protect the guest experience by ensuring quality service, speed and cleanliness are top level
  • Protect the guest experience by ensuring packaging, food presentation and quality is at top level
  • Follow all Chick-fil-A standards and procedures
  • Ensure that you as part of the Service Team are always in full uniform & groomed properly
  • Ensure that you as part of the Service Team are knowledgeable about nutritional information, menu options and pricing
  • Welcome guests and take / record the order in the POS register
  • Handle financial transactions – cash, credit card, mobile ordering, deferred orders
  • Filling food and beverage orders – bagging or traying the orders accurately
  • Carrying food orders to the tables for needed guests
  • Refreshing Beverages for guests
  • Stocking the front counter with Dressings, Sauces, Condiments, Cups, Lids, etc.
  • Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the Front Counter
  • Handling customers issues/concerns or seeking guidance from FOH Director
  • Continually training and developing to better yourself with customer service and Chick-fil-A
  • Assisting in the Dining Room as a Host when needed (wiping tables, cleaning, trash, stocking the condiment bar, etc)
  • Available to work “standard shifts” as agreed upon with Director of Operations

JOB SKILLS /EXPERIENCE:

  • Must be 16 years old or older.
  • Must  have reliable transportation
  • Must agree to the follow the Corporate Purpose of Chick-fil-A and protect the brand of Chick-fil-A.
