San Antonio Zoo - Retail Photography Host (Picsolve Inc.)
Hourly Rate: Starting Rate $8.50 per hour
Employment type: Part-time (between 2 and 5 days a week, including weekends)

* To integrate with an energetic team who provide a high level of customer service at all times to our guests
* To become a retail professional by selling our products effectively
* To capture amazing photos and videos for our guests.
Other Duties and Responsibilities:
* To understand and achieve personal objectives and team targets; including revenue targets
* To reach and maintain an appropriate level of competence with regard to the operation of the tills and photography operating systems; ensuring that all equipment is used correctly including print media
* Be prepared to cover and support other job roles upon a reasonable request from your line manager
* To actively communicate with the line manager regarding system problems or general issues within department; attending daily communication briefs when required
* To actively participate in team briefings and other team events
* To act in a professional manner at all times with regard to time management and attendance
* Maintaining a high level of personal appearance
* To deliver excellent customer service all the time every time
* To undertake any other duties that are reasonably requested from time to time
General:
* Retail experience is preferred, but not essential
* No photography experience is needed, we will fully train you on our easy-to-use systems
* Your performance will be measured on customer experience reports, sales figures & attendance records
