Guest Support Ambassador (GSA) - Full-time / Part-time

H2Go Express is a new-era, state-of-the-art, eco-friendly vehicle care facility (better than just a car wash) that is seeking a Guest Support Ambassador (GSA) for its Huntington Beach location, with the possiblity of being added to one of our other locations (if desired) in Westminster or Cypress. 

Let's start by making one thing very clear. . ..you will NEVER be asked to wash/dry a car at H2Go.  This is not your TYPICAL car wash. Do not assume H2Go being anything like those all-too-familiar full service hand car washes that Southern California is littered with. We are completely different. You will quickly recognize that fact as soon as you see our unique high-tech DESIGN. H2Go is an exterior-only, eco-friendly, VALUE-driven, drive-thru express car wash that puts a large emphasis on taking care of our many guests (customers) and making sure they have a great experience each and every time they visit us. We also emphasize the ENVIRONMENT and water savings measures that our great State of CALIFORNIA is now relying upon. Responsibilities include but not limited to:

*GUEST: They are the essence of our business and they are to be treated as if they are guests in our own home. 

*SUPPORT: Make sure all guests are safe at all times and support them in as many ways as possible. 

*AMBASSADOR: Serve as an ambassador of the H2Go brand, striving for excellence, and being a example of professionalism and integrity to the other employees and especially to our guests.

*Maintain quality of the car wash and keep the facility clean, attractive, and safe.

*Always think about the safety of our guests.

*Assist with basic site maintenance.

*Smile and do your best to make the guests happy!

Qualifications:

EXCELLENT "guest" service skills and a willingness to serve/please others (this is very critical to us)

Is personable and enjoys meeting new people

Must have experience in Microsoft Word/Excel and have the basic skills and ability to learn our point of sale program (not difficult)

Bilingual in Spanish and/or Vietnamese is desired and valued, but is NOT REQUIRED

Reliable, organized and excellent problem solver

Likes to smile, work with "guests" and work within a fun, energetic team
