Responsibilities:

  • Meeting the defined metrics of calls per day and total talk time to achieve sales quota objectives
  • Manage weekly reporting for sales and client retention
  • Prioritize list of assigned clients to determine the most strategically opportune upselling targets
  • Introduction of new solutions as determined by need
  • Become client advocate to establish relationships, trust, and customer reliance within assigned territory
  • Log opportunity and activity notes thoroughly and accurately within the CRM

 

 

 

 

 

Requirements:

 

  • Minimum two years' consultative sales experience
  • Must be comfortable with cold calling
  • Polished and articulate verbal and written communication skills demonstrating tact and diplomacy
  • Highly motivated with desire to advance/Resourceful and self-directed
  • Proficient in PC use and use of relevant software, including MS Suite
  • Ability to manage heavy workload in a highly competitive environment
  • High School Diploma or GED required/College degree strongly preferred
