Pay based on knowledge and ability. You will get from this job what you put in Looking for A/C Tech (apartment complex maintenance man is not an A/C Tech) with at least 3 to 5yrs experience. Prefer someone between 25 and 35 with an athletic build (for extreme temperatures and heavy lifting)then apply now - we needed you to start last week.

We were recently nominated for "BEST OF DENTON," so someone who meets the following would also be helpful: Minimum 3(prefer 5) years' hands-on experience as lead tech in residential and light commercial HVAC equipment installation and troubleshooting.
Requirements: EPA certification required Must be registered with the State Of Texas Must have valid driver's license Must have reliable transportation Must have a flexible schedule and ability to work overtime / weekends as required Must have tools commonly used in HVAC service/installation (recovery machines etc. furnished) Must have an acceptable driving record Must pass pre-employment drug test and background check.
Roles and responsibilities: Identify, analyze, diagnose, and repair HVAC systems in customer's home or commercial property Perform preventative maintenance and proactive repairs when needed. Provide repair vs. replacement options Respond to calls in a timely manner Good electrical and Mechanical diagnostic skills Keep company truck clean and organized Determine parts to order for repairs Complete all paperwork for each job, including daily time, job status and duration Record parts, materials, labor and other costs per job Be aware of safety precautions and follow safety guidelines Other duties as assigned
Primary Qualifications: 3-5 years of HVAC experience Professional appearance Excellent communication skills Excellent customer service skills Must be able to work with minimum supervision Ability to climb and descend ladders while carrying 30 lbs Ability to lift up to 75 lbs Ability to maneuver in confined spaces i.e. crawlspaces, attics, etc. Ability to tolerate extreme weather conditions Complete all paperwork in a timely manner Report to job and work in a timely manner Positive Attitude and great work ethic
