Pharmacy Technician
Job Responsibilities
- Opening, counting, barcoding and profiling incoming mail
- Receiving, verifying and stocking inventory, cleaning engagement in shipping process including package prep for shipment
- Scanning profiles, correspondence and prescriptions and then filing
- Pulling hard copy scripts to return to patient with an appropriate letter if pharmacy is unable to fill the order
- Follows all appropriate guidelines for the preparation of compounded sterile products
- Use proper compounding and labeling techniques emphasizing pharmaceutical elegance when making medications
- Maintain product inventory by reordering materials/products necessary for compounding processes

Specific Pharmacy Technician requirements:
- Area: Ability to work in the Randolph, NJ area
- Licensure requirements: Must have valid, open and active New Jersey Pharmacy Technician license
- Education : High School Diploma or equivalent
- Years of experience: 1+ year(s) of recent pharmacy experience within a retail setting
- Schedule: Varies
- Length of Assignment: Temporary
- Pay: DOE
- Background/drug requirements: Ability to successfully complete background check and drug screen
