*Job Description:
We currently have an opening for a full-time eBay Seller who can help take our eBay efforts to the next level. The duties would include creating eBay listings on an variety of items including details and pictures, expanding our categories and product details to be a complete representation of what we have in-stock at our facility and get it all included in our store. Continuous monitoring of our on-site inventory - remove all eBay listings as they are sold and become unavailable. Also add new equipment as it arrives. Taking additional pictures of equipment when needed and uploading those to our online inventory system and directly to eBay. Researching manufacturer specs to include in the listing details as needed. Maintaining customer communication by effectively replying to queries and answering general product related questions. Manage feedback and help improve our overall eBay scores, feedback and presence. Communicate with sales and marketing to assist with selling as needed Research closed sales - see what competitors are selling on eBay and document details. Be creative and willing to consider other ways to promote equipment.
*Qualifications :
Successful experience selling items on eBay or sales experience in general. Experience managing eBay store listings and communicating with customers. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Computer Savvy - MS office, understanding of inventory management, also must be able to respond quickly and multi-task.
