Now seeking qualified HHA candidates for full and part-time openings with our company. Must be able to work varying shift(s) per week and be available weekends.

Position Qualifications
Home Health Aide Certification REQUIRED as obtained through the successful completion of an approved or accredited program.
Experience in the Healthcare field is preferred.
Demonstrate the ability to read, write, and carry out directions. (A written test will be given).
Good verbal and written communication skills are required.
Must be able to physically perform the job of a HHA, such as lifting, turning and help with the use of assistive devices.
PERFORMANCE RESPONSIBILITIES AND STANDARDS

  • Ensure the quality and safe delivery of Home Healthcare services.
  • Participate in client case conference according to agency policies.
  • Report information regarding changes in the client's condition immediately to the Director of Nursing and office staff.
  • Fulfill additional performance responsibilities as assigned and necessary.
  • Follow the care plan for the patient, document each visit, and turn in paperwork timely.
  • Follow all patient and privacy practices.
  • To follow all infection control, safety, policies and use proper body mechanics.
  • To inform the office immediately of any change in your schedule.
  • Ensure that education requirements (in-services) are being met on a monthly basis.
  • Comply with all company procedures.

Salary: $9.50 /hour
