Job Outcomes:

• Overseeing daily store operations

• Manage and motivate FOH Senior Leaders by providing side-by-side instruction while allowing room for growth

• Understand and can successfully execute the following tasks:

o Weekly Schedule

o Truck Order

o End of Month

o Hiring of New Team Members

o Team Member Onboarding

o Team Member and Leader Evaluations

Additional Job Responsibilities:

• Ensure Senior Leads are meeting performance requirements

• Maintain eTrain certifications

• Complete Assistant Director portion of Leadership Workbook

Evaluations:

Evaluations will occur on monthly basis and conducted by a Senior Leader, an Assistant Director or the Front of House Operations Director.

Core Qualifications:

 • High School Graduate

• Successful completion of the Senior Lead portion of the Leadership Development Program

• Completion of one Chick-fil-A Grand Opening

• Flexible Schedule

Performance Metrics:

• CEM Scores

• ROE Scores

• SAFE Scores

• Senior Lead Performance

• Cost Control Performance
