Per Diem Attorney - New York
We are seeking a vibrant attorney licensed to practice in New York (required) and New Jersey
(preferable) and admitted to the United States District Court For The Southern District of New
York and the United States District Court For The Eastern District of New York to join our team on
a per diem to perm position. We are rapidly growing law firm with national presence that
combines seasoned attorneys with cutting edge technology to create accessible and professional
consumer and corporate bankruptcy services to its clients. In exchange your availability to take
calls at least 3 times a week between 2pm-8pm, we will provide:

Required skills and experience:
? Minimum of two years experience in consumer bankruptcy.
? Strong negotiation skills.
? Superb organizational and time management skills.
? Ability to work with multiple types of personalities.
? Ability to thrive in high-pressured situations.
? Ability to meet tight deadlines.
? Conduct client consultations both telephonically and in person.
? Provide strategic legal advice and support to businesses and consumers.
? Prepare bankruptcy petitions.
? Attend 341 meetings with clients.
? Provide support to the practice as needed.
