Tool Room Machinist - Full-time

Qualified applicants must:

-have previous, work related experience as a Machinist (3 - 5 years);

-an understanding of tool room equipment and processes;

-have attention to detail;

-have an excellent attendance record; and

-be reliable, able to work independently and well with others.

Job Summary

Below is a brief list of a Journeyman's duties and responsibilities; it does not limit the position's job description and is solely used for informational purposes only:

• Work with leadership on provided materials and prints to produce jigs, fixtures, gages, dies, special equipment and other product/parts (as needed) in a timely fashion as prescribed by engineering and the customer (this includes operating manual machines);


• Sustain safe operations by following safety procedures & regulations;


• Carry out and abide by company policies;


• Perform other related duties incidental to the work described herein; this includes assisting other departments as needed, based on work load and productivity and may include supporting the Production Department in the role of Machine Operator.
