Citarella, a leading NYC gourmet market, is seeking CULINARY PROFESSIONALS to join the culinary team at our commissary kitchen in Hunts Point, Bronx.
POSITIONS AVAILABLE:
Production Cook
Catering Cook
Lead Pastry Cook (Chef de Partie)
Qualified candidates must have:
• Minimum of 3 years experience in a high volume and high quality production and/or catering kitchen
• Must have flexible scheduling including overnight shifts and weekends
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Strong knife skills and understanding of health/sanitation standards
• Must be able to meet physical demands of the position
