Juice Bar Manager - Full-time / Part-time

Citarella, Premier Gourmet Market, is seeking a Juice Bar Manager to join our vibrant team and help us develop and manage the Company’s very first Juice Bar! In an exciting time of growth and expansion, we are looking to introduce the Juice Bar in our brand new Citarella location in Greenwich, CT.

Our Juice Bar Manager will be responsible for a multitude of tasks including: producing juices, providing EXCEPTIONAL customer service to our guests, supervising and coordinating all departmental tasks to ensure daily production, execution, and maintenance of all fresh quality fruit/vegetable juices.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Must have at least 2 years of retail juice bar experience in a management role
• Ability to work flexible schedule including nights, holidays, weekends.
• Proficient knowledge of fruit/vegetable varieties, combinations, and vitamin boosts.
• Coaching and staff development experience
• Expertise in juice bar equipment and set up workflow
• Knowledge and ability to operate blenders and required equipment
• Must be able to meet physical demands of position including: standing for extended periods of time, bending, pulling, pushing, carrying up to 50 pounds, etc.
