About this job

The Catering Sales Coordinator will work to solicit new Catering sales for their assigned restaurant.

Fundamental Job Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Creatively works to build Catering sales through identifying new businesses surrounding their restaurant
  • Works to nurture successful relationships with current Catering customers, to help build additional, regular and repeat business
  • Responsible for attending Business Expos and networking meetings to help promote Catering
  • Responsible for completing a minimum of 15-20 chip drops per week working to promote Catering
  • Responsible for maintaining customer tracking on a weekly basis
  • Responsible for completing cold-calls
  • Responsible for completing confirmation and follow-up calls for all Catering orders
  • Responsible for attending some marketing events that can be useful in communicating the Catering Message
  • Responsible for supporting the production and delivery efforts of Catering

Physical Demands of the Essential Functions

  • Ability to stand for up to tweleve hours
  • Good mobility
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
  • Ability to work well under pressure
