About this job
Upscale Northside Window & Gutter Cleaning company of Indianapolis is looking to fill several field technician and crew leader positions - ASAP! This job will be Monday - Friday, some Saturdays if desired and consist of cleaning windows, rain gutters and pressure washing. This job is physical and requires heavy lifting over 50lbs and working on tall ladders and roofs. This job does NOT currently offer benefits.
REQUIREMENTS
*Pays between $11-$15 per hour plus commission... weekly, based on experience! This job has quick growth, management, and bonus potential.
*Window and gutter cleaning experience is a plus, but not necessary . We will train in house.
*Work in company vehicles.
*Job requires the ability to handle and work with extension ladders up to 32'.
*Must be able to work proficiently on an extension ladder and not afraid of heights.
*Must have a valid drivers license, reliable transportation to the office and be willing to pass a background check with no felony convictions.
*Background in customer service and sales is a plus.
