Night Kitchen Manager

Chick-fil-A at N. Loop 610 & Shepherd is looking for enthusiastic and passionate individuals to join our Leadership Team. We are currently recruiting for a Night Kitchen Manager. We are focused on improving our operation in all areas; Guest Service, Hospitality, Quality Standards, Cleanliness, Speed of Service and Order Accuracy.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Must be able to work various shifts & hours: Our day starts from 5:30 am opening - until closing and cleaning leaving by 11:00 pm.
• Assist the Leadership Team with goal setting, action plans and results.
• Learn all CFA standards and insure daily adherence to all standards.
• Inventory and Order all food products.
• Teach and Coach our Team Members to improve and grow with our company.

 Qualifications

• Must be willing to work between 40-48 hours/week
• Must be willing to work extra hours for weeks when an event is scheduled
• Previous supervision/ management experience is preferred
• Exceptional quality, customer service and people skills required
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
• Detail-oriented
• Ability to effectively work with and meet deadlines
• Bilingual applicant (English and Spanish) is preferred
