Line Cook

Fuddruckers line cook is solely responsible for the operations in the restaurant kitchen. He/she must abide with the rules and regulations set by the company.

Responsibilities and Duties:

• Ensure that the kitchen operations run smoothly
• Ensure that the kitchen is stocked with the required food and equipment
• Hire and train new kitchen staff
• Ensure to meet expectations
• Ensure development of kitchen staff
• Monitor the performance of the restaurant kitchen
• Assist in the development of long term financial operational plans
• Maintain product quality standards
• Perform any other duties deemed necessary

Requirements and Qualifications:

• Walking and standing for the entire shift
• Able to reach and stoop during work
• Able to lift and carry objects as and when necessary
• Ability to work in hot environments for hours, continuously
• Strong leadership skills
• Strong reasoning skills and decision making processes
• Strong organizational and problem solving skills
• Ability to motivate team members
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• More than 3 years of experience in the catering industry
