General Managers

Position Summary

Fuddruckers general manager is solely responsible for the operations of the restaurant. He/she must abide with the rules and regulations set by the company.

Responsibilities and Duties:

• Ensure excellent guest service
• Ensure to meet expectations
• Hire and train new staff
• Ensure that the restaurant is properly staffed
• Assist the area manager in recruiting of team members
• Initiate corrective action on team members
• Ensure development of team members
• Monitor the performance of the restaurant
• Assist in the development of long term financial operational plans
• Maintain product quality standards
• Recommend local restaurant marketing programs to build sales
• Ensure the security and safety of the restaurant
• Perform any other duties deemed necessary

Requirements and Qualifications:

• Walking and standing for the entire shift
• Able to reach and stoop during work
• Able to lift and carry objects as and when necessary
• Strong leadership skills
• Strong reasoning skills and decision making processes
• Strong organizational and problem solving skills
• Ability to motivate team members
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• More than 3 years of restaurant management experience
