Envision, Inc provides in home and community care and assistance to individuals with developmental and intellectual disabilities. We are currently seeking an Assistant Residential Director.
This supervisory position requires you to:
- Supervise 6 residential sites with each site will having between 2-3 residents and 8-10 employees. Each site has a home manager in which you will supervise. As the supervisor you will be over responsible for the daily operation of each site.
- There will be times that you will have to work direct care in the homes.
- You will monitor documentation, medical, staffing, overall site appearance, etc.
- You will be ON CALL.
- The primary shifts that you will work are 2nd & 3rd shifts.
- Male preferred as you will be working with high behavior individuals
Direct care ranges from providing personal care (bathing, toileting, and personal hygiene), in home assistance (cooking, cleaning, laundry), and community assistance (doctor’s appointments and community events).
We offer a $250 SIGN-ON BONUS, competitive salary ($38,000 plus OVERTIME), medical, dental and vision benefits as well as paid training . All applicants must possess a valid driver's license and vehicle liability insurance, be able to pass a federal background check and both pre-employment and random drug screenings.
