Flexible hours available. Weekends and Holidays are required. Salary is based on experience and will be discussed during the interview.
Some line prep cook experience is required.Willing to train qualified candidates in additional stations.Duties include:
- Daily prep of menu items
- Ability to work line stations during food service including Expediter, Line Cook, Grill Station and Fry Station
- Assists in order receiving, stocking and pantry organization
- Prepares food in the kitchen
- Cleans, cuts, stores and otherwise prepares food for cooking
- Works one or more kitchen stations including: grill, fry, expo and meat stations
- Will receive training in methods for smoking meats
- Will receive training to operate smoker
- Assists in cleaning and maintaining kitchen equipment
- Receives directions from head cook
