Part-Time Supervisor

HOURS OF OPERATION:  6:00am-10:00pm

JOB PURPOSE: The role of an On the Square Gift and News shift supervisor is to be the initial contact for both sales associates and management.  Responsible for ensuring customer and employee satisfaction, resolving customer complaints, and addressing any questions or comments from the customer and employees.   Responsible for achieving or exceeding budgeted sales and controllable expense goals.  Ensure that all internal and external customers receive exemplary customer service and receive a positive store/brand experience.   

REQUIREMENTS & QUALIFICATIONS

• Minimum of 2 years of supervisory experience
• Maintain a flexible schedule based on business needs, including mornings, afternoons, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
