Kitchen Team Leader
Job Description:
- Be able to lead a team of 5-10 people to meet or exceed all department goals.
- Be available to work the lunch and dinner dayparts.
- Be willing to be held personally accountable for all quality requirements, speed of service, and cleanliness of the kitchen.
Qualifications:
- Must have previous management/leadership experience
- Must be available to work weekends
- Must have experience developing others
- Must have a positive attitude
