Licensed Retail/Compounding Pharmacy Technician
Job Responsibilities
- Opening, counting, barcoding and profiling incoming mail
- Receiving, verifying and stocking inventory, cleaning engagement in shipping process including package prep for shipment
- Scanning profiles, correspondence and prescriptions and then filing
- Pulling hard copy scripts to return to patient with an appropriate letter if pharmacy is unable to fill the order

Specific Retail/Compounding Pharmacy Technician requirements:
- Licensure requirements: Must have a valid, open and active California Pharmacy Technician license
- Education : High School Diploma or equivalent
- Years of experience: 6 months of recent pharmacy experience within a compounding or retail setting
- Background/drug requirements: Ability to successfully complete background check, client health screening criteria and drug screen
