Breakfast Cook - Full-time

Purpose of  and Key Activities of Job:

 

*Prepare and deliver a busy breakfast service, providing a high standard of fresh food in a busy hotel restaurant.

*Able to undertake a varied list of food preparation for the kitchen on a daily basis.

*Ensuring that the production, preparation and presentation of food are of the highest quality at all times.

*Ensuring and controlling levels of Guest satisfaction, quality, operating and food costs on an ongoing basis.

*To set and maintain standards of food preparation and service with the standard of the hotel by inspecting perishable food items for quality and quantity.

 

Requirements:

 

*High level of flexibility

*A high standard of spoken and written English

*Knowledge of legal requirement for healthy and safety

*Good communications skills

*Responsible for cleanliness, stock control, organization and standards of the breakfast operation

*Able to work under pressure

*Flexible working hours subject to the demands of the hotel

*Minimum of 2 years experience in a fast pace kitchen environment

*Ability to endure heat, noise, and pressure

*Taking pride in your work and deliver exceptional food that keeps Guests coming back

*High school degree or higher education certificate, diploma
