Conversion Crew – Part Time
This is a part-time position located within the Operations Department at the Honda Center. Occupants of this position must be able to perform manual labor duties and tasks and work evening/midnight/early morning hours.
Examples of Duties/Essential Functions:
- Primary duties include building conversion for various events
- Setup and breakdown of chairs, tables, risers, staging, ice floor, railings, dasher boards, etc., properly and safely
- Assist with general upkeep of the arena as required
- Perform other duties as assigned
Qualification Standards:
- High School or equivalent
- Minimum 18 years of age
- Ability to perform general labor; heavy lifting is required (push/lift minimum of 75 lbs.)
- Operate a variety of hand tools and machinery safely and properly
- Maintain an organized and clean working area
- Strive to maintain a safe workplace
- Capable of following basic instructions and direction
- Ability to stand and stoop for extended periods of time
- Flexible schedule – ability to work late nights – midnight shift, weekends and holidays as required
