Delivery & Sales Team Member

This position is for Part-Time Work. Must be able to work between the hours of 9:30am-2pm every day of the week. 

Like meeting new people and then maintaining connections with them on a weekly basis? Enjoy working as a part of a team, as well as independently for periods of time? This position might be for you!

A Delivery and Sales Team Member must have a valid Drivers License, a reliable means of transportation, and proof of insurance. This position will not only make deliveries throughout the week, but also will go to multiple business and sell Chick-fil-A products during lunch  & dinner periods. Must be able to multi-task, lift 35 pounds, be personable with customers, and maintain an even temper in high stress environments.

The good news is that your training will teach you everything you need to know to succeed on the job. You will be able to work directly alongside the Operator of this business, as well as the established leaders. Here are a few skills you should have from the get-go, as well as some requirements:

A clean driving record: You must have less than one traffic accident or violation in the last six months. A Department of Motor Vehicles  report of your driving record will be pulled. You must also be able to pass background check that will allow you access to Fort Gordon. 

Friendly demeanor: Smile, stay connected, treat people with honor, dignity and respect. Many of our customers come back repeatedly not only because they are hungry, but also to see team members that they have gotten to know. Making connections and establishing friendly relationships is essential to our success when selling at businesses. 

Age restrictions: Our delivery drivers need to be at least 18 years old.

WiFi Access: Some of the locations we sell at do not have WiFi access we can use while we are there, so you must have a cellular devices that an iPad can be paired to for WiFi access while you are on site.

Just a few more things: You’ll need some basic math skills, the desire to work as part of a team and enthusiasm for learning.
