Caterer

The Caterer is responsible for reviewing food preparation sheets and working with FOH/BOH duties as required. They are also responsible for preparing food and clean up.

Job Responsibilities

• Reviews prep sheets for food preparation
• Begins and completes baking/food preparation
• Builds baskets make deliveries as assigned if necessary
• Make deliveries
• Responsible for clean-up duties (daily and weekly)
• Empty trash as required
• Secondary functions may include expo duties, cashier, dishwasher, line cook and delivery drive
