Customer Service Representative
POSTION: Customer Service Representative
REPORTS TO: Store Manager
Purpose of the position: Completes all assigned duties throughout the scheduled shift. Follows the Beach Oil Company Mission and Values focusing on providing outstanding customer service.
- Helps assure all customers receive outstanding customer service.
- Completes all assigned tasks to include cleaning, stocking of shelves and coolers, monitoring product levels.
- Follow and comply with all company policies and rules in addition to any state or local laws concerning the sale of tobacco, tobacco products, alcohol and lottery.
- Any and all other duties assigned to this particular position.
To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required
EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE
High school diploma or general education degree (GED); and one to three months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide.

The employee must regularly lift and/or move up to 10 pounds, frequently lift and/or move up to 25 pounds, and occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 pounds.
Beach Oil does not hire for a specific location. While we attempt to take geographic location into account when placing employees, it’s not always possible to place at a specific store.
