Requirements

As a Hospitality Director, you are responsible for overseeing, contributing and empowering our Team Members to execute “REMARK”able service and hospitality at all times. Your ultimate goal is to create a positive experience for all of our guests.



Job responsibilities include:




  • Provides increased and stronger accountability for ensuring “REMARK”able experiences through hospitality

  • Serves as subject matter expert to leadership for ongoing hospitality and service support

  • Improved team member skills in executing 2nd Mile Service

  • Higher guest satisfaction and increased repeating customers

  • Communicates and shares the Operator’s vision statement for hospitality in the Restaurant with all team members

  • Oversees the service and hospitality experience from the guest perspective

  • Partners strategically with the Marketing Director to ensure sales efforts align with the service experience being created

  • Creates daily focus for the team to remain energized to deliver excellent service

  • Facilitates celebrating successes as Team Members create “REMARK”able experiences

  • Responsible for setting defined hospitality goals, measures Restaurant performance and leads in making adjustments for continuous improvement.



An ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills and has the ability to develop positive working relationships will all team members and work as part of a team by helping others as needed or requested. You set high standards for yourself and you are always up for a challenge, you love keeping things fun for the team for our guests.
