Busy and growing Car Wash and Detail Center in White Bear Lake, MN is looking for someone who wants a great opportunity to be a key holder in the store and can grow with our company. If you are that high energy person who enjoys juggling multiple priorities, sales, has strong customer service skills, and is accustomed to working with people in a retail environment. Our best candidates come from the restaurant, automotive, retail, hospitality and other service industries.
Assistant Managers are expected to assist the General Manager with the day to day operations and are responsible for training and developing new team members, assisting customers, and ensuring that all vehicles are serviced in a thorough and timely manner.
Assistant Managers are also responsible for running the store and complete daily administrative paperwork whenever the General Manager is not present, and are expected to be able to make adjustments to on-site staffing to maintain an acceptable level of labor costs.
Friday - Monday availability is required,
This position pays a starting salary of $11-$12/hr DOE + tips & a monthly bonus opportunity.
