Evening Kitchen Team Members 2-10pm/3-11pm

At Chick-fil-A, the kitchen is the heartbeat of our restaurant. Becoming part of our kitchen team will teach you valuable business and people skills in a nurturing environment. Kitchen team members will be trained in every aspect of the kitchen from food safety and preparation to presentation and sanitation. We want every team member to be knowledgeable in all areas of the kitchen so they can be versatile and find ways to increase their productivity and potential. No prior kitchen experience is necessary, but it does play a role in determining your starting base wage. Other factors that are considered is your availability, dependability and skill. We are looking for friendly, enthusiastic people who enjoy serving customers and thrive in a fast-paced working environment.

You must be 16 or older to work in the kitchen, have a reliable means of transportation and adequate availability. Individuals 18 years and older are of special interest and Bilingual (English and Spanish) applicants are encouraged.

Flexible Hours…We will work with your other commitments to provide a job that satisfies our needs and your schedule. Chick-fil-A is open Monday through Saturday until 10pm and closed on Sunday. Working a closing shift means that you stay to after the store has closed to the public to clean and sanitize the restaurant and equipment--usually until 11pm.

Competitive Pay…Evening Kitchen Team Members earn between $13-15.00 an hour. We provide yearly reviews and opportunity for advancement and growth based on skill and performance.
